After our initial intake appointment, I will create a personalized treatment plan based on your unique needs and therapy goals. Typically, we will meet once a week at the beginning, and then decide together when it's best to adjust the frequency of our sessions.

I am out-of-network but can provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please reach out with any questions. I’m happy to work with you on this.

There is a 24-hour notice required for all canceled appointments. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to 100% of the session cost.
